The firm was established under the leadership Of CA Susil Kumar Ghosh, FCA, ACS, L.L.B. He was a highly qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and an advocate with expertise in dealing with various business issues for more than 50 years . Unfortunately we lost him in January,2024 .
Our professional operations are led by CA Arindam Sain, FCA. He is having professional experience of more than 12 years in the field of auditing & assurance,taxation (both direct and Indirect), EPCG schemes, GST Litigations etc.

Our technology initiatives, transformation activities, finance outsourcing, SAP implementations are led by Mr. Joydeb Datta, Chartered Accountant, India & CPA (Australia). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India & a CPA from Australia, having varied exposure in the corporate world around the globe.He has worked with different global MNCs in different regions around the globe. He has worked for Royal Philips Electronics in its Global Shared services centre serving clients in USA, in British Petroleum, Australia, in United Energy & Multinet Gas in Australia, in GenpactIndia, catering to clients around the world as a member of its practice team in Genpact. He was involved in SAP implementation in Royal Philips Electronics, in United Energy & Multinet Gas in Australia & was the Finance Transformation Manager in different finance transformation projects.
Our Internal Audit Team is headed by CA Amalendu Kuila. He has vast experience for over 42 years. He was associated with Lovelock & Lewes in the statutory Audit department in Kolkata providing audit services to largecorporate clients like ICI, Philips, Duncans, Coats India, GEC, CESC etc. Later he joined Tata Motors Ltd at Jamshedpur in Accounts & Systems departmentHis next big experience was in Hindustan Motors Ltd as Systems Manager & Financial Analyst working closely with Mackenzie Consultant. Later he joined Exide Industries Ltd & served in various senior positions including as a member of the SAP Implementation team. Later he served as the Chief- Internal Audit in Orient Paper & in Orient Cement Ltd, Orient Electric Ltd, He has also worked as member of Audit Committee of C K Birla Group.
